I think Blue is Bey's new favourite colour now lol awww. Seen in New York in her post baby coke bottle figure wearing a blue dress by 'Victoria Beckham' and Blue and black shoes by 'Nicolas Kirkwoods'. When Victoria heard about this, she 'screamed'. Don't get excited Victoria, she bought it because it's blue and it hug's her figure :p
Neicee's Tip: If this outfit inspires you, jazz it up with a pair of mustard yellow heel's and clutch. If your going for the CLASSIC look, silver open toe shoes and simple jewellery works. Minimal jewellery is necessary for this look as the colour is exquisite.
