Despite Lady Gaga wearing a bra, this outfit is actually conservitive for Gaga.lol. She's more covered up than usual and looks slick and sexy without looking so OTT like she usually does. But of course she had her "Ga Ganess" input with wearing sunglasses with claw detailing on them :/..I'm not sure about those random "RA RA" on your eyes Ga Ga... :/
